There's no Target where I live. However, since you're mentioning any other department store, I can answer. 🙋🏾‍♀️

I usually spent a lot of time on the personal hygiene department. There's always something that gets my attention.

Which ever department the stuff on my list is in. I don't really care for shopping in department stores. I just go in, get what I need and get out.
Home depot and lowes are my type of stores. You can usually find me in the tool department

None. I'll never step foot in a Target store ever again. They can go to hell for what they did to Canadian workers for the incredibly short time they were here (2 years) before they spectacularly flopped. Not only that, but they also killed off a well-established Canadian retail chain just to enter our market and left literally thousands of people out of work in their inept wake. I am NOT a fan. lol
