Help me pick a ring for my boyfriend?

I want to gift my boyfriend a ring for valentines, which one would look the best on an index finger? Alternatives are welcome!

Ring 2, 3 and 1, in that order. Ring 1 looks like a design that would collect a lot of dirt and grime over time, and would be hard to clean, unless you had an ultrasonic cleaner or something. For everyday use, ring 1 seems like it wouldn't age as well.

Any would be better as a 'pinky ring'.
I find an index finger ring gets in my way, especially on my dominant hand.
The ring should be for the hand you normally hold in yours.

Does he have anxiety or nervousness? The 1st one looks just like the fidget ring I got my husband. He has anxiety, so I got him a fidget ring & he LOVES it! When he's in business meetings he days it helps him greatly. Food for thought

ring 1 looks like the center can spin, but also looks a lot more comfortable than the other two with the border protecting the middle part. i go for option 1

It looks chunkier than the others, my Mexican ring is semi-hollow so only about half an oz but big visually
