What was the best/most thoughtful anniversary gift you have ever received?

Quite literally the very safe arrival of our daughter, just two days before our wedding anniversary... It simply cannot have been any better than this.

Aww, that is definitely a great gift! Do you find though that your anniversary gets a little overshadowed by her birthday, though? I know with my wife, her birthday is just days before our anniversary and while I try to keep them separate and get her different gifts, we end up just doing one celebration for her birthday/anniversary and not so much 2 events.

You are of course right... However as I'm quite sure you will agree, first and foremost comes both our children birthdays, no matter how close they might be to our own celebrations.

As she is only three this coming November, we will be having the usual huge family get together (along with six Grandsons, she's the only Granddaughter for my parents) and then having just a very quiet day/evening for our own special day.
