What to say when a girl says she is speechless?

So sometimes when I compliment my girlfriend she says "I'm speechless", and in a good way. But my problem is, I don't know how to reply to her saying that, especially if she says it while texting. Should I comment about her being speechless, continue complimenting her, or something along those lines? Thanks for the help!
