  Very doable -- just requires a certain amount of effort on both sides, BEFORE things ever start to "fade" or become problems. (In the same way you [hopefully] perform maintenance work on yr car *before* it has problems -- you don't wait until stuff starts breaking down, lol)
  
  It's effort, but, it's the most fun, addictive, and fulfilling kind of "effort" imaginable.
