You know, the ancient Israelis didn't have a king until they begged God for one. They wanted to be like the other nations. But they were set apart, special, and exceptional. But God gave the Israelis what they asked for after warning against it, He made them like the rest of the world, gave them a human king. It drug them down. The US does NOT need to be like the rest of the world, in doing so we will lose that which makes us exceptional.

I had a rack of em by that age. Never fired a round in anger, and that includes 8 years in the Army and 4 more in Iraq. Guns aren't the problem. They're the solution. Wish there'd been more than one of them available to stop the shooter at the beginning. Less people would be dead.

@Mesonfielde People can avoid psychological evaluations by never going to any. If you require one to acquire weapons, then the types of people who would do this are probably good manipulators / liars who would have a good chance of passing it falsely. However they could also just get their supplies illegally...
