Japanese Way of Managing Life and Time: Kanban Technique!

You have many things to do. You are so busy. Your mind is so busy with many things. You are thinking about what to do all day.

I will complete my tasks, watch the new episode of my fav. series and then ...

But your mind alredy turned to a trash can. Everything is mess. You can't see what to do. You only get the bad smell from the trash can. And that doesn't encourage you for anything. It just disgusts you.

This technique was improved by a Japanese engineer, who used to work at Toyota, for a better work flow.

Kanban: “card you can see and touch.”

There are two principles of this technique. The first one is to visualize and the second one is to limit. Do you remember those works in your mind? Kanban technique tells you to write them down and visualize them. Instead of keeping them in your mind, just keep them on paper or on cards. If you want you can order them or use different colours. And then group them and put a title.

For example. Have 3 groups. The first one is "to do" the second one is "in progress" and the last one is "done". And move your notes to the right places. When you see that you did that work, your brain will get rid of it in your mind and forget it.

With this technique, you will free your mind!
