From my experience everyone has their own way, what works for me might not work for you. But my way is to just tell myself that feeling sorry for myself doesn't actually help anyone and it isn't the route to take.

Keep yourself busy, find a hobby or adopt a pet. Stay away from drama but go out and meet people. Workout a lot, I find it boosts my mood and helps me feel good about myself.

Id say," say Hello to your pain" identify everyday a bit deeper what is bothering layers after layers and fix it layers after layers.
Half of that stuff I literally can’t do yet, most of the other half I have trouble doing because I’m always tired.

One and only Meditation by taking deep breaths for continuous 30 min. And physical workout is also perfect.
You got to suck it up and go with the flow and find a lot of good Hobbies to keep yourself busy
For me I find, keep myself busy so don't dwell on things !!!
