some Lebanese words are written in Latin letters but as they sound in French (since most lebanese speak french as well), like habibi!
if you want it written in English pronunciation then it's habeebee!!

habibi means my love as does habibti. if you pronounce the 'hbb' like as if your saying habibi then yes its just a shortened version
