No lol. All Muslims don't speak Arabic. I'm a Bengali speaker. However we do learn the Arabic alphabet and how to pronounce them so that we can recite the Qur'an. Because we don't know Arabic we can't understand the meaning that's why we read the translation separately.

You're not right cause we don't SPEAK Arabic. Bengali Muslims Don't speak Arabic. Chinese Muslims don't speak Arabic. Muslims of other languages don't speak Arabic. But in some places like Malaysia, Muslims do tend to learn Arabic or Urdu regardless of their ethnicity. They don't speak Arabic with family and friends, they just learn the language.

No, and no we don't need to read the Quran in Arabic but it's best if we learn it and Pray in Arabic.
