I feel like my best friend is way prettier than me. What do I do?

So I once went to a party and met this really cute guy. We talked for a while but when my best friend came to the party he completely ignored me and got her number and stuff. Now, 6 months after what happened, I met another guy. We have a lot of things in common and I like him. I don't know if he likes me but he's really nice to me and we're always talking. I want to invite him to my birthday party next month but I'm scared he's going to meet my best friend and fall head over heels for her. The other guy we met at the other party turned out to be a player so my best friend and him stopped talking. I feel like now she doesn't have a reason to turn the guy I like down and I know she'll feel wanted again if the guy I like does ask her out. I am positive this will happen because all guys like her. I don't know what to do. I'm scared of being hurt again but I don't want to regret not inviting him.

you need to speak with her and let her know you like him. if he makes a move she needs to politely turn him down and let things play out between you and him. if she isn't willing she isn't much of a friend. if she agrees and things don't happen between you two but he isn't a bad guy, then she can ask if you are ok with it and go for him if you approve.

I've mentioned him to her but I actu haven't told her that I'm going to invite him. Ok I'll talk to her :)

You probably should invite him regardless because you never know what could happen amd also you might wanna tell him how you feel if you really feel strongly about him.

It's your birthday party so obviously nobody can be prettier than you.

If he will ditch you for your best friend just 'cause she's prettier, then he will ditch you for any other girl who's prettier. Try and invite him. If he ditches you, then he ain't worth your time.
