Any 9gagers here? I have some questions? Please help?

I'm talking about users of 9gag as the app with the funny stuff! Totally different page from this one. So if anyone uses 9gag please can you tell me how the hell do you upload gifs? Not post them in the comments bar but actually upload them. And what the hell does your submission quota exceeded mean? As you can tell I'm pretty pissed off right now, trying to figure this out. by the way didn't find anything on Google. Thanks!!

But how do you do it? Please explain the exact steps...

To upload stuff. You either have the option to get the file from your computer/device or paste from a url.

If you want to upload the gif straight from the URL just copy the url into the first box then write your title into the title box and choose which section you want it to be associated with (optional).

If from your computer then click the 'upload image' and get the file from your device.

Then your done.

When I press the upload button it tells me to choose from gallery, take a photo or make a meme. and then after I've chosen a pic I can only write the title. I can't put whatever I want in the first box. Why?

The first box is only for the file to go into. You don't write anything into it, there is no description you can write. You can only write in the title box.
