and you think google has all the answers huh? in the actual bible, Satan kills a whole family, and condemns the whole human race to die anyway. that means every time a child is born they slowly die from the minute they come out. don't you think Satan has killed more people? Also, Satan is what is behind every war, all things demonic and disgusting. do you not remember the holocaust? Done by human hands, yes, but the thought came from evil, and the father of all evil is Satan. I rather have God kill off 2,038,344 evil people than live in a world where evil reigns. eh. I used to call myself a gnostic, and then I started to just call myself a 'christian heretic' generally. I have always been very sympathetic to the idea that the god of the bible is the bad guy, many mysteries of the bible become radiantly obvious and marvelous when it is read that way. But I have stopped messing around with anything called God, demiurgos or true, because I could not feel in my heart that He believed in lesbians. So now I am looking for a god that believes in lesbians.

Many of those deaths were because God was leading HIS chosen nation in war and defending them. God created the world and honestly He has a right to kill whoever He wants like it or not. Love is not the ONLY thing that defines Him. He is also a Wrathful Judge. Only He knows His reasons for allowing the people to die who have died. He knew if there was no way to turn them to Himself, in which case it doesn't make much difference when or how they die cause they would go to hell. You can't know every opportunity He gave them to turn towards Him. But Israel is His chosen nation, and He is going to protect them.
