How do I tell my sister she stinks?

My sister has a bad odor due to the way she handles her hygiene like she wears one pair of socks for about 2-3weeks and put the same ones on day after day after day

Then she showers every 2weeks or once a month and I hate that cuz well yea

Also even when Sheldon her period she doesn't wash below and big makes her smell even worse. to where we can be on completely opposite sides of the bed and I can still smell her

i would just buy her perfume, deodorent. But usually i tell me siblings exactly whats on my mind. especially if we live together. But ill just let her know she stinks just because she's my sister but if she was a friend it would be hard for me.
