How can I tell my friend her 🐱 smells?

We are best friends but we had a fight recently and we are falling off. Anyhow we are coworkers too… i was sitting near her yesterday and every time she stands or sits i smell an awful smell from her 🐱. I don’t want to tell her anything it could be really embarrassing and offensive and I don’t want to offend her or embarrass her but at the same time I don’t want other people to make fun of her and we work with men too it would be more embarrassing if they addressed the issue with her. We recently ended our beef so I don’t want to create more tensions… any tips? I don't know what to do💀💀
