It's typical chiropractor stuff. I usually stayed dressed, but I understand that a lot of people partially undress. It's much easier for the doctor to see and feel the bone structure without all the clothes. Sometimes my chiropractor would have me take my shirt off if he wanted to see / feel things better, but usually not.
