About half of the people I know didn't start dating/get noticed by others until they were in college. Young guys/girls are very shallow and have very little experience with dating. The good news is that when you get older, you grow into yourself. I look sooo much better now than I did in middle school and high school. People mature as they get older and they'll see just how awesome you really are.

I was exactly the same why. I was too scared to talk to anyone so no one talked to me either. My mom always told me I'd get better at it when I got older and I never believed her. But here I am years later and I realized that she was right. You can always put yourself out of your comfort zone a little to try and connect with new people, because that's truthfully the only way you'll become less shy. When I was 19 I was offered a teaching assistant position at my college and I decided to take it even though I didn't feel qualified. That job required me to talk to the other students who were my own age. That is what forced me out of my comfort zone to talk to people and I'm still shy, but I'm not nearly as shy as I was before.

Well then, why are you ugly? Could be genetics, or that you hit the awkward stage if puberty, or that you just don't take care of yourself very well. Some people just look nice naturally and some people have to work at it. It's normal.
As for why don't people notice you? Maybe there's nothing that really separates you from the dozens of other teenagers, so you don't really stand out. It's not like you don't get noticed, it's probably more like you're just average and easily dismissed. Again, it's not necessarily bad, it's... pretty normal for a lot of people.
Why dont people like you? I don't know maybe they just don't really have much of an opinion on you or they just really don't care. Unless you're bullied or something, in which case there's really no way to tell why someone's being such an asshole except that they probably are just assholes.

You probably do have people that notice you but some guys are shy too. Guys really like confidence if you aren't confident in yourself then you guys won't pay attention to you. You have to learn to see yourself is beautiful even if you aren't.
