Honestly, people need to calm donw about the whole bathroom situation. A grown woman should not be afraid of a father taking his daughter to the bathroom and no one should be worried about a little girl going to a men's restroom with her father.
I would say to take her into the men's room. My dad would always take me to the men's rather than the women's so I guess that's what I'd go with. I'd also personally choose to take my son into the women's bathroom rather than the men's.
The mens bathroom. That way she is with him and he knows whats going on. Just as many sketchy woman out there as men. I want my children both with one of us at all times.
My guess is he'd look in the men's bathroom quick and make sure no dingalings are out and then bring her into the stall

It's a tricky one. Honestly I would go for men's depending on the condition of the bathrooms. Women are generally very understanding if you explain the situation to them about your daughter though there will be a few cunts being cunts just for the sake of being cunts.
Either the men's or the disabled toilets since they are sometimes for parents as well
