Can low iron cause stretch marks?

I was 5'2 with a very broad structure. I was 140 lbs and dropped it till 120 lbs and i have stretch marks only around my hips... but I ate very well with high nutrition foods... but my weight came off quickly..

They occur when you rapidly gain or lose weight. I don't think it has anything to do with iron deficiency.

And can I get rid of them? Like using cocoa butter?

You can only fade them. You won't ever get rid of them completely.
You can fade them with lemon or with sea water.
I don't know about using cocoa butter, never tried that.
