I've been thinking a lot about that. Your base nature is molded as a kid when your taught rights from wrongs like not to steal and don't tell lies and stuff. That's the template. Life and the media corrupt a person and encourage them to do things that normally go against the grain of their self image. I think people can be influenced to change for the better or worse by their peers and those can be celebs on tv or others they respect and look up to. Look at how the media is shaping the populations right now. Did they all just decide to be accepting and liberal all of a sudden? After decades of seclusion? No they were guilted into it by the media and the media's agenda was forced through by a select group who control it. They use the guilt mechanism to get people to conform and they try and convince you you're opinions and views are outdated and you must conform to what the majority are thinking. Me personally I can see it a mile away and I give the whole thing the 2 fingered salute and tell them to fuck off. Nobodies telling me how to think and what to do. The point is there is no culture any more. Culture locks people into certain conservative views that makes them harder to control and coerce. The folk that control the world just want unquestioning wage slaves. All the social upheavals in recent years are all part of a skilful propaganda campaign aimed at the youth of this world to make them lose any sort of identity they inherited from their parents. Yes the world is heading towards a grim caricature of itself where all will be beige and pc and nobody even cares
Human nature does not change in any significant way - it's our underlying instincts.
Our actual behavior and morals are certainly molded by our culture and our upbringing, but those are things we do DESPITE our nature - which remains underneath our culture and to which we will revert to in times of personal crisis.
i think its molded by society and culture but some prefer not to follow it and do their own thing (which i think is nice)
I believe human nature is constant; morality is molded by culture/society.

Human nature is innate. It's underlying urges and uniform programming of behavior/feelings. Human sociology has very little to do with it. You can socially condition human beings to feel/act a certain way, but it often times is essentially based on very primal human nature, and could be traced back to the nature of our biology. I think it's the other way around. Culture is often molded by human nature.
U can change a lot but only to the conditions that exsist
If an individual starts to thinks free before a negative habit is established he can break free from his environment. Also if he realizes that a negative habit leads to failure but then he needs to be a strong person to change it
human nature definitely is constant but can be changed when healing all seven chakras but sadly we live in a society that is imbalanced which causes a bunch of instability. There should be a yin and yang thing going on, but materialism has overpowered everything else.
Mother nature wins out on the big thing (find a partner and have babies, for example), but cultural and societal expectation generally encourages us to live together as a society.
that is a question we have been trying to answer for thousands of years. both play a factor in who you are
Basic human nature no it cannot be changed, things closer to the surface eg wanting to wear clothes maybe
The human mind (especially the female mind) is easily shaped and molded. The mind of a female is easier to mold than playdough. That's why they're so susceptible to propaganda.
You ever seen a criminal come to know Christ? It's a wholesale change. They act, talk, and respond differently. Their nature is entirely changed.
Such a question... Blaise Pascal said that culture can become a second nature as well as the nature can be a second culture (or something like that). I think that there are things in our brain stronger than us that bring us back to our ''animality''
Most humans may be constant but
you aren't going to find the answer to the nature vs. nurture debate on GAG
No. Human nature is to be greedy, violent, selfish and prideful. Nothing can change that but the power of God's word the Bible and Holy Spirit.
most people are controlled by the TV programmes
MTV is my nature.
Molded by culture
