Why are people so judgmental or overly opinionated on some cosmetic surgeries, but not others?

What makes some more acceptable than others, and why do some people feel they have the right to comment on another’s decision?

Some examples of seemingly acceptable cosmetic procedures: correcting a lazy eye, removing a benign mole, lasering birthmarks, jaw corrective surgery for a minor over/under bite or cosmetic dentistry like veneers or whitening

Some examples of seemingly unacceptable cosmetic procedures: breast enlargements, liposuction, lip and brow fillers, Botox, penile enlargements, rhinoplasties and facelifts
Why are people so judgmental or overly opinionated on some cosmetic surgeries, but not others?

*As a disclaimer I’ve been pretty judgmental myself on some of these procedures - which is why I’m interested in WHY we feel it’s ok to say something negative about some of these, but support others
