I think there are things that are considered universally attractive. and anyone else reading this feel free to disagree but "full lips" are considered more attractive than thin lips. look at most women held up as a standard of beauty and most of them have full lips. Only one that comes to mind at the moment that doesn't is Courtney Cox.

I like small and big lips but I'm a bit more partial to big lips. But that's only because I have big lips myself and their lips would match my lips.
