You can wear whatever you want to wear. Never let anyone tell you you can't. I always like when women wear clothing confidently, like a flat chested woman not hiding that she is flat-chested. I'm not flat-chested but it gives me more confidence to wear what I want to wear. It's inspiring.
if you want to look good, then i would say no. ngl it’s true that certain body types look better in certain clothes. but you probably do look good in it. it would just depend on the actual dress. but like what everyone else said, if you feel happy with yourself in it then wear it.
