Well I mean, you get a lot of dominant men but you also get dominant women so I think to decide which is better you would have to consider the matching:

A dominant guy with a submissive girl/guy would work

A dominant guy with a dominant girl/guy is less likely to work because they are both trying to be in charge :/

A dominant woman with a submissive guy/girl would work

It all depends on both of the individuals personalities so I will say that guys CAN be dominant but it can be for the better or for the worse dependant on the partners personality <3
