Guys, do you do the "I gotta pee" dance?

I was with my guy friend the other day and I had to pee really bad, was waiting up for a longish time and started doing the tip toe dance thingy and my friend called me out on it. He was like "why do girls do that when they need to go to the restroom?" And I found that odd... I thought everyone did it.

So, do you do it?

I do the "I gotta pee" dance

No because for me doing it makes me want to go worst, what I don't understand is when I have to go the closer I get to the restroom the worst I have to go.
