Im asking caus I'm not really a hood kinda guy and my best friend called me corny. I feel like that's how a lot of black women view me and since these are the woman I'm most interested in. I'd like some feedback to know if this video is a pretty good depiction of what you mean when you say a guys corny and if the suggestions these girls gave to improve are good. Judging by the first few minutes of the video, not even these women know what makes a man corny. It would seem though it has everything to do with sexual attraction.

White women do this as well, only they refer to white men as creepy in order to dismiss them as potential sexual partners, whereas it seems black women do the same and use the term corny to dismiss black men.

When they equated corniness to being a genuinely nice guy one of these ladies mentioned that corny men should just find themselves a corny woman. So maybe that's the solution? If you're a nice guy, then find yourself a nice woman. This is actually pretty sage advice even though it seems like they're dissing men by calling them corny.

Black women call men corny in a sense that the guy is probably some real nice dude, wants to get good grades and seek a higher education, dresses modestly, most likely is quiet, doesn't party or do any alcohol and gives off an appearance that looks safe. Overall this makes you unattractive. If you live in the hood this is super common. In a middle class neighborhood it's still somewhat common just not as much. Generally when black women say a man is corny they typically tend to be loud mouth sluts with no morals. They're ratchets. So don't worry about it they have nothing to offer except potential stds.
