My expensive panties were missing for a few days but i thought that my mom might've put them through the wash again but when i looked into by brothers room i saw them in an open drawer. i told my parents i found them in the hamper but then when i felt less terrified i came clean about where i found them. This isn't the first time he's done something creepy like this. the way our house is set up is that the bathroom window overlooks the outdoor shower. i caught my brother watching me shower several times and my brother got sent by court to a sex therapist. My dad won't believe me and said it was my fault for allowing myself to be seen naked and said its my fault for leaving my panties where he could get them...

How do i tell my brother to stop stealing my panties? How do i stop this? i feel depressed and borderline suicidal. i need help...

i just talked with my mom and since that chest of drawers used to be mine, she said that i left them in there and that they were stuck together because i didn't wash them. she said that since I've been trying to get him kicked from the house (all because he's sexually harassing me) that i planted them there and now i need to pack my bags and move if i dont feel safe. she knows i dont have any money (she drained my bank account for my savings) and i dont have anywhere to go. I'm 19 and I'm trapped.

Your Dad is dead wrong. Your brother is stealing your panties, not because you left them somewhere, but because he wants to steal them. And if your home has an outdoor shower, it does not force your brother to look. However, it might be a good idea to cover the window, or to place a barrier near the shower, so you can't be seen as easily. Or simply shower inside, if that is a choice. Your father knows your brother was sent to court to see a sex therapist for a reason. He is making our brother the victim, when instead, he is the perpetrator. It would not be surprising if your Dad had some sexual issues as well, considering how he is protecting your brother. How to stop it? You can't make either of them change. You can put up barriers where possible, or again, shower inside, if that is an option. The panties, you can be extra careful where you put them, but that won't necessarily stop him. You are 19. You really ought to consider leaving home. If that is not your real age, then if this continues, especially if you have no way to keep your brother from seeing you showering, then talk to someone at school. A teacher or counselor, and tell them what you are being subjected to. You might be safer at a different home.

The only thing I can suggest, is that your whole family is literally mentally sick. A cesspool of protecting the perpetrator, and blaming the victim. No wonder your brother has been involved with the court. Can you find a friend or relative to live with? If not, you only course may be to work and save up money until you can leave. Try to avoid finding a guy to get you out, as those kinds of relationship have a poor chance of working, as the real connection is not love, but of escape, and helping escape. Honestly, I feel bad that your family is so sick, that they can't appreciate or protect you at this time. I'd suggest taking showers in doors, if possible, and taking precautions against being watched. By both your brother and your father.

Make it clear as a promise in front of your parents that you will cut he's dick off if he keeps on doing what he are doing.

You can also make it clear you will put he's shitt public online there people in he's life get to know about it.

You can also put your parents against the wall that this isn't tolerate and you feel unsafe, that they can't make the house safe for their daughter.
That you won't tolerate their ignorance about the shit that he doesn't want to take responsibility for he's disturbed behavior.
