Sometimes... If I'm familiar and comfortable I have no problem leading.
However if it's a topic I'm not familiar with or I have no idea what's going on then I'd prefer to follow.
It's good to know when to be assertive and when to follow. Cause let's be honest you can't be an expert at everything.

Yes , former British Army NCO , so it come naturally , although I am generally quiet and keep self to self , more introvert by nature. There is a difference between assertive and aggressive , obnoxious behaviour , the " Strong Independent Womyn TM " types should take note !!
Extremely.
Its to the point where coworkers, friends, bosses and family will ask me to go "control" an argument, person, or enforce policies and such.
I talk softly and keep to myself in nature, but Im like a tiger honestly. When the teeth, claws, and power need to come out...
Only when I have to be. Most of the time I'm laid back and just go with things because it's easier and less stress on me.
But if it's something or someone I really want or need? I'm going to get what I want, or try my best to get it, so my assertive side comes out.

When something really matters, yes.
Little things, eh.Not really. It takes a lot for me to assert myself. I prefer to just sit back. Even if someone irritates me, I won't say anything until the second or third time, because I wonder if it was a mistake. I need to analyze the situation and think of my response. I am not good at thinking on my feet. When things actually matter to me, and I am already emotionally charged or just come from a workout, yes, I am assertive. I am not as good at watching my tongue when my blood is rushing
Yes, I am. I have been told that I can be quite intimidating and I have seen the hands of a people I was talking to shake. Yes, highly. It's part of my religion.
We Satanists worship the idea of Satan, the accuser; the adversary. Being assertive, accusatory and adversarial is literally the foundation of my world view.God no. I kind of just stand on the sidelines and watch things happen naturally. It takes a lot for me to assert myself, especially in unfamiliar situations.
I'm assertive when I need to be, otherwise not so much so.

In most cases yes, on the regular, that's why I hate when someone says one thing and do another thing, or when someone is unable to be direct.
Only when I care about something. Otherwise, I don't really care and can't be bothered.
