Is my roommate spoiled and acts like a child?

My roommate (23F) never ever throws away the trash unless I'm (24F) not there to do it for them or I need room to throw trash away and I can't because it's piled high and overfilled when I want to. I usually meal prep and pack my food in containers and don't produce a lot of trash but my roommate can fill the whole entire trashcan in one day. Sometimes they will leave a bag on the outside to throw more trash in when it's full. They are so lazy that one time when I was heading out with my overnight bags to visit my family and she said if I could throw the trash on the way out because they didn't want to go out in their pajamas.

If I am not home that weekend the trash will be emptied but if I'm at the apartment, she will leave to her boyfriend's place or go back home with the trashcan full of their trash without throwing it away. The best that I have seen her do is tie the trash so it's ready to throw away BUT will text me that they were in a rush to go get their hair or nails done and weren't able to throw it away and they were heading over to their boyfriend's place. Today, they left to their friend's house with all their trash filled up to the brim with a bag on the outside with more trash. I texted her to help take out the trash when she comes back tomorrow. She responded with "2 bags?" and said ok after an hour. My roommate decides to come back to the apartment tonight to throw the trash away and had her boyfriend help her then left to his place. She was probably petty/annoyed about throwing away the trash that she didn't put a new trash bag in and kept the light on to text me to turn off the light. I am not her maid, if she wants that then they should go back home for their parents to take care of them.
