My roommate disgusts me?

I just found this room on Craigslist. This month makes two months since I've lived here. My roommate that I don't even know expected for me to get a 2 bedroom apartment with her because the stupid bitch has pets and pets aren't allowed in this rooming house. I have no idea if she pays bills on time or if she burns electricity. Plus moving into an actual apartment is more money than $450 a month with everything included.

She walks around the house talking shit and slamming things. Bitch GTFO there's already an eviction notice on her door. I feel like she tried to use me to convinence her life not realizing how my life would be effected. If I knew she was reliable and knew her longer I would have gotten a place with her. She needs to kick her pets to the curb or GTFO. She makes me feel like it's my fault she's about to be homeless because I refuse to move with her. But what would she do if I wasn't here?
