I've always been a size A-B all my life. But for the past 2 years I gained a lot of weight. Cause of snow and quarantine. That my breasts grew as well.
I tried plank positions and push ups to work out on my body and keep my breasts perked up. (So they don’t sag).
Now, it has gotten to the point where they are painful. Not on top of my chest area. More on my nipples, bottom/side areas. I don’t even wear a bra anymore cause it’s painful for me.
Also since I’ve never had big breasts before. All this is new to me and concerning.
Even when I sleep on my back. My breasts sometimes push up against my neck. Then when they change gravitational positions (laying down/standing) it hurts.
