Was normal to literally tell my ex boyfriend ''GET LOST''?

I had blocked him last year. He turned out to be a liar, was owning me $3,000 and I'm not the only woman he future faked (purposely lying about wanting marriage and kids and making her waste her time, lovebomb her, false promises, etc). That's 5 years I'll never get back.

Last week, I was going to the supermarket and accidentally run into him. He wanted to greet and bs me again. I pretended to be nice and told him to pay my money back and we'll talk. He paid back $2,800 and said he didn't have the remaining $200. We both agreed to leave it at $2,800.

Afterwards I told him ''Thank you. Now do me a favor. GET LOST. You can now GET THE **** out of my life, out of my face, BYE. I literally detest him. I hate him. I'm 28 and childless because of him.

You are 28 and childless because of decisions YOU made, trust you reposed in him, and you waited FIVE FUCKING YEARS for this guy. This wasn't a sneak attack during the night. You knew what was going on and kep waiting rather than being decisive at earlier opportunities. I am saying this because you can't change anything about him but you CAN change things about yourself if you decide that changes need to be made.

I get it. I should've established a timeframe of a 1 year at most and thought with my head (not with emotions). I didn't know better and it was my first time in a relationship at the time. He lied even to me about his real age because he knew I wouldn't have dated him if I knew he was 12 years older and not 3.

I've already been asked out on a date and we're going to meet up on Monday. Yes he still owes me $200 but whatever. I'll leave it at that. I want nothing to do with that bastard.
