A "larger-than-normal" package in a man's pants is definitely something that I personally think is a good piece of eye candy. If I was single and a guy hit on me - if he was in say Adidas jogging pants and I could see a sizeable... thing... then I'd be more interested yes

It kinda depends on my mood, if the man is attractive, what the setting is. Like if I'm doing a few free weights at the gym, and there is a handsome man laying on the bench doing lifts, and he has something to look at, I might let my eyes take it all in. And one time I made sure that a man had a good view of my own crotch.
