Checklist of tasks to do before driving a 2012 Mazda 3 that's been sitting in garage for 2-3 years?

I have a 2012 Mazda 3 with around 110,000 miles that I have not been using for around 2-3 years and has been sitting in my parents garage in Phoenix, Arizona (hot and dry). I'm wondering what exactly needs to be done to this car before I can start regularly driving it again? My dad has already replaced my brakes I believe as they got corruded and I figure I need to check on the battery (disconnected from car) and probably replace synthetic oil and maybe other fluids too? Is it possible to drive the car a short distance to a mechanic or should I just get the car towed? Anything else that needs to be changed or replaced before driving? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Do an oil change and change the anti freeze. Make sure the tires are in good shape and properly inflated. Get the battery checked and charged if necessary. Look for grease fittings and lubricate them if necessary. Inspect rubber and plastic parts in suspension components.

You think if nothing looks too eroded and the brakes and battery are good it is possible to drive it a short distance (~3 miles) or better to tow it there?
