Are you able to maintain your calmness if you are being scolded for something you haven't done?

Most of the time my anger just got burst out. I was able to be calm only one time when the principal scolded me for the thing i haven't done. It's very difficult 😅

Well, I try to explain to them that I didn't do it but if they don't listen and just keep on rambling, I get annoyed 😂
