I promise you if you do those things this issue will disappear. Your self Confidence is largely based on self belief. Believing in yourself. The way you believe in yourself is making promises to yourself and keeping those promises to yourself.
When you keep promises to yourself you will start to trust yourself. The more you trust in yourself the more you believe in yourself. The more you believe in yourself the more actions you take. The more action you take the more confident you become.
This really is all built upon sticking to what you say you will do. Full commitment to yourself regardless of how you feel. That way when you say you'll do something you say it with conviction because YOU know you will.
That's confidence. It's not something you put on. It's what you practice.
Progress photos every day is the most accurate form of tracking what direction you are going and where you are. Facing that every day allows you to accept where you are now.
Sticking to your plan is continually moving you in the right direction while increasing your self belief. While meditation is allowing you to better manage your emotions so you can remain focused and keep on the path through the storm
It's simple. You allow your outside world to control the way you think.
