Anybody from such a small country that they feel they have seen and or known most people before or does it happen often in large countries?

I am not from a small country, but I live in a small country. I get your point, this has happened to me before and it's always strange when it happens.
That's one of the reasons why I want to live in a big country and to be more specific in a big city.
