Getting dumped by a guy for not wanting kids and my family being upset with me because of my decision?

I liked a guy, but he dumped me because he wanted kids and I didn't, and my family felt furious with me and took his side on everything, and he said I wasn't getting any younger, I am 30 and he was 41, my family really lashed their anger out on me and said I will be old and alone and he will get another girl right away. I made a decision to get married one day but not have children and I don't think it's impossible and it's something I dream of; I really do love marriage but not kids...

I don't know what I'm feeling bad about, a guy saying I'm old or my family comments...

i don't know why everyone thinks I'm evil... is this a bad thing?

i am from a culture where having a child is a must in marriage but i also saw many girls who choose not to have kids and are still married...

Your family should mind their own business but I can't fault the guy for dumping you. He knows the two of you aren't compatible. This is a conversation every couple needs to have. There's nothing wrong with not wanting kids tho, there's plenty of men who also don't want kids, just have to find of them.

Guys who don’t want to have kids do NOT hang out with 30 year olds. 40-45 year old guys, my Work Me tors, hang out with 20-27 and those girls are quite open to it.
-It’s backwards that I get the 55 ers and they get 20-28 ers

If he is wanting more than 2 kids then yes, you are getting old to be a first time mom. As for you seeming like the bad guy, sounds like something you will just have to take up with your family. I don't know enough details.

I don't know I see women who are in there 40's and having kids etc etc... i told him right away about me not wanting kids and not moving the relationship more forward... what worse lying and not telling? so I told him, but he kept convincing me, but I told to make up his mind but then he called me old and blocked me on WhatsApp...

He is definitely equally at fault. And yes there are some women having kids in their 40s, but it's usually their last kid.

Your desire to not have children is s plus for me. One of the reasons I am still with my girlfriend is because she doesn't want kids either. We figure that if we change our mind we could adopt, there are plenty of kids who need a home.
