My boyfriend dumped me for not wanting to have kids with him?

Im 31 and he is 41, we dated for 2 years and he suddenly said he really wanted to be a father, my heart sank cause I didn't want to be a mother and I didn't want him to dump me for not wanting kids and the fact I'm very much in love with him. He knew I didn't want or like kids in the beginning if our relationship...

So he broke up with me and is with a much younger woman than me, she is like 26 or something...

Now I feel heart broke and lonely.

For him to change his mind is a shit thing to do like if y'all agreed to no kids then that's what it should have been. It shows that he didn't truly love you for you if he left over just that. It's probably for the best and hopefully you find someone better

That's what he said in the beginning that he was cool without kids and he committed but then he left me of all the sudden

It's okay. It's just that you both didn't agree on certain things, and that's okay. Sometimes things don't always work out the way you want them to. You should move on and once you feel like it, find a better guy who agrees on not having kids. Personally I think it was dumb of him just to instantly dump you for another women, and he should've talked to you about it more at least beforehand. But please don't be upset, you'll find eventually someone. Someone who agrees on your views, etc. You deserve so much better.

It was stupid on his part to date someone who didn't want/like kids to begin with. I don't know if he was hoping you would change your mind later on or what but if he knew this in the beginning of your guys relationship he shouldn't of got with you in the beginning.
