Should I leave my fridge and washer/dryer if I rent it out?

In the UK you can't do that (safety reasons i think) If you are allowed in your country i would say its up to you but you would be responsible for it and probably replacing them, you rented it with a washer and then it breaks the expectation from the renters would be that you fix it, if its their own then they have too
