Wire coat hanger are terrible and I do not own any I have long since gotten ride of them. Wire hangers stretch out my collars and causes wrinkles. They just do not slide through the neck holds right without stretching the collars.
I was using plastic coat hangers at one time... but all the different types of coat hanger and colors bothered me... I am every time you pulled out a different or miss matching coat hanger on laundry day it was irritating to me. Because the heads of the coat hanger would not rotate so you could line up your cloths all going the same the direct to cut down on wrinkles, unless you completely took the shirt off the hanger and flipped it around and put it back on... and again they stretch out collars if they are the full triangle type that makes you have to fit the whole hanger through the hole instead of sliding one side in then the the other. I was stretching out my collars doing this.
One day on Amazon I saw a really good deal on wooden coat hangers, thick ones that do not put the wrinkles in your pants and shirts due to the thin wires, and the heads of the coat hanger would rotate... so you could put the shirt on any way you wanted and then rotate the head to get all your cloths going the same direction... so I ordered like a 100 plus coat hangers in bulk and I am soooooooo very happy and satisficed with my choice in doing that... its so much more less aggravating,
For disclosure purposes, I'm morally pro-life and legally pro-choice.
Even though those who are strongly pro-life are happy right now with this decision, the only real winners are going to be those who are hard-core pro-abortionists, and not those who are "reasonably" pro-choice. The vast majority of abortions in this country already occur in the more liberal states of New York, Illinois, and California... and those 3 states, along with other more liberal states, are going to wind up legalizing late-term abortions. Most of the more conservative states, other than Texas and a few other swing states, are sparsely populated and already have far less abortions than their liberal counterparts.
For every fetus "legally" saved in Texas, about a dozen are going to be "legally" terminated in their third trimester.

Something funny about wire hangers. There was a movie star, I donât remember her name, but she did a very popular scene about wire hangers âNO MORE WIRE HANGERS â while she was acting crazy and banging a wire hanger, it was a very dramatic sceneâŚanyway I went backstage to meet Henry Mancini when I was young, and he was banging a wire hanger on the chair and trying to imitate saying âNo more wire hangersâ a scene from MOMMY DEAREST
I guess you have to have seen it?
When I moved into my current place I found a bunch. And I don't give a damn if the government makes me illegal I'm keeping them lol

I have my white shirts laundered and pressed at a cleaner and they always are hung on wire hangers. I have tons of them.
@MCheetah Yes, but I chose to ignore it.
I have a lot. I bought a pack of several of them years ago. Dry cleaners also use them. The ones with cardboard tubes on the bottom are handy, too, for hanging up pants.
I'm not all that crazy about plastic ones. They take up too much room. And I especially dislike the plastic ones with the hooks for women's strappy garments. They're really handy for women but a pain for me.
I have a few (mostly from having clothes cleaned) that I keep to use as tools. I have plastic and wooden hangers for my clothes, but having that stiff wire from a coat hanger can be useful from time to time, so it's worth keeping 5 or 6 around in case you need them.
A few leftovers from the old days. I like to keep some around because they make good tools for a lot of things. I'm starting to run low though.
I use plastic ones, preferably the kind that are smooth instead of the ones with those little hook things that catch on collars and tear them.
If you donât want kids then keep your legs shut. Itâs very simple. You have no right to murder someone and Iâm glad the laws are finally cathching up to this. Your will to hoe around without consequence doesnât trump the right other people have to their own life, even if they happen to be unborn. And itâs not âyour bodyâ, itâs your child and their body that you kill and tear apart so stfu. You know how babies are made so you made your choice when deciding to spread your legs open for that D.
so says the underage girl who will open her legs at keg parties
My most awkward moment was the time I locked me and my girlfriend out of my car and decided to go up to this crowd of religious people. They were congregating outside of an abortion clinic. I said, "Does anyone have a wire coat hanger? My girlfriend and I are in a real jam."
Thanks for liking my opinion, your majesty.
My SO has several wire hangers on her side of the closet, and she prefers them, hates plastic. I prefer plastic and that's all I have on my side of the closet, except for some spring-loaded metal pants hangers.
I might have a few if I really looked for them. I mostly have plastic ones. I do not get thingsdry cleaned so there is not much of a chance to get them.
I have some. But yes, they are difficult to find as most are plastic nowadays. Regardless , I don't really like the metal ones as they tend to leave a mark on my pants.
I hear Lysol and alum hangers are better, nowadays.
No, but I remember them fondly.
You used to see them sometimes being used as aerials on peoples cars.
I don't use them anymore and I still have lots of them.
Women kill for their own convenience. Maybe donât be a whore and make dumb mistakes.
We have a sundry collection of wire, plastic and wooden ones. Whatever we have got when buying clothes.
at least one, but I fold my clothes my walk in closet has racks I just fold my clothes and put them on
No, my mother told me no more wire hangers ever.
I get a wire coat hanger every time I get my clothing dry cleaned.
I don't like wire coat hangers, they annoy me for a reason that I cannot even explain
Mine here are TRANS coat hangers. They are plastic covered, but still have the ability to deform into any unwanted shape.
I have one I think, just some old hangers. But then I realised it and made me clench
I have a few. I get them whenever I send something to the dry cleaner. They could become a hot item again now that Roe v Wade is overturned.
I'm sure there's hundreds of them here. Why does it matter?
Wire coat hangers will probably be the next shortage. Since the Supreme Court decision!
Seriously, folks!
Yes, but now in Oklahoma we call them "at home abortion kits", they come with 5 bottles of vodka and a tall ladder.
The Army sure has them lol. They're bent and beat to shit too.
I have some left but donât like them because are weak, dry cleaner still uses them
The 📺âS of today crap out and all we got is a plastic hanger.
I have one in the wheel well of each vehicle in case the keys get locked inside the car
I might start selling them , since many women will probably be needing them
Goddammit @purplepoppy... way to keep it classy.
I am the ONLY one who knows what a sick-puppy you are! đ
Yeah. Since the reversal of Roe vs. Wade I'm Mr. Popularity with the ladies now.
I have many. I love them
Yeah I have some for pants and coats
Last time I had one I made a sling shot with it
I prefer all plastic or all stainless steel.
Got dozens. Get most from the dry cleaners.
I have plastic and wire both
I still have them. Some of them are 20 years old.
Yes i still have some
I have at least one wire coat hanger
I can see some from where I am sitting.
The thick metal ones are best. My grandmother was blind and she tied Yarn around two metal hangers
Yeap.
Mine are made of wood
Can i get 4pm appt for my pregnant wife?
Why, are you getting ready for the abortion ban?
they rest in Florida so no
I owe you two slaps now😂😂 why are you so silly?
Mine are mainly all plastic hangers
I use wooden hangers
Never seen one, aren't they antiques?
Like a couple
Ready and waiting
The amount of men not understanding this question lmao
Probably because those methods haven't been used since the 70s.

I know. And theyâre about to start being used again.
In some states. In other states, they're going to legalize late-term abortions. "States' Rights" goes both ways.
I just hope women have access to abortions. My aunt suffered an ectopic pregnancy. If the fetus wasnât aborted then it wouldâve been a death sentence for her. Thereâs so many reasons why women need access to safe abortions. Suicide rates are about to soar.
I'm not sure about more suicides, but women will be traveling to different states in those medical situations.
What I mean is that there are more liberal states that are going to go overboard the same way more conservative states are going to go overboard against abortions. There will be states that allow non-emergency, third trimester abortions. That's not pro-choice. That's pro-abortion.
If itâs still legal for them to do that. I donât know what the truth behind it is but isnât there the possibility that they could still be prosecuted if itâs found out they travelled out of state for an abortion?
It makes me wonder about the aftermath of a miscarriage as well, there are situations where the fetus is already decreased but needs to be medically removed which is classed as abortion even though itâs technically not. Women will now be punished for miscarrying.
I doubt women will be punished for having miscarriages, and liberal activists will be sponsoring trips and protections for women to have their abortions in more liberal states.
Not the miscarriage itself but the procedure to remove the fetus. Didnât you read the article about the pregnant woman that was charged for murder after she was shot in the stomach. The fetus was killed but a mans gun but she was the one charged. Itâs the stories like these that scare me because believe it or not, they happen.
When/where was this? Do you have the link?
Give me a second, Iâll search for it now
It was a woman who shot her, my bad. But still the woman who shot her walked free.
It says in the article that the pregnant woman was the aggressor. She started and escalated the fight. However that is an extremely unique case.
Yes but she was not the one who killed the fetus.
The charge was that her violent aggressive actions were what indirectly caused the death of her unborn baby. That's why the charge was Manslaughter and not Murder. She was also 5 months pregnant. That's beyond just about all legal abortion cutoffs in any state, even before today's decision. This story isn't exactly a good example of reasonable people being against pro-choice.
But the woman who pulled the trigger still walked free. Theyâre still punishing the wrong people.
Yes she should've been charged with something, but she didn't start or escalate the fight. I read the article three times, and searched up other articles on the same story. The pregnant woman was the aggressor, and she was 5 months pregnant. The story has nothing to do with being pro-choice, despite the author implying otherwise.
It had everything to do with it. It demonstrates circumstances where women will be charged unfairly and scenarios like this will become way more common now that this has happened.
What's going to be more common? Pregnant women starting fights with other women?
You keep claiming she was unfairly charged. She wasn't. She started the fight and continued the fight. She attacked the other woman she was the aggressor. Her unborn child wouldn't have been killed by the other woman if she never started the fight.
The case also has nothing to do with Roe Verses Wade and being pro-choice. The woman in this case was 5 months pregnant. That's more than 20 weeks pregnant. Even with Roe Verses Wade in place, there was/is no place in the United States where you can get a casually and legally get an abortion beyond 20 weeks, unless it's a medical emergency.
Most of mine are.
I have a lot of them
I have at least one.
Yep a couple
Yes I do
