DOES ANYONE CARE ABOUT MENS MENTAL HEALTH... i always hear the suck it up line your a man but yet we always get told open up then when we do we get stomped why?

I care, but i’m a progressive man. Literally only progressive men care, making us a tiny minority. So nothing changes. The best we can do is identify what resources, if any, are available to us and the people we care about. So if we detect an issue with a friend or relative we’re prepared to help as much as possible. Unfortunately, there aren’t really any resources for men, generally.

Women don't care they'll pity you at best. And never respect you.

You might be able to tell your friends.

Men don't even care about themselves and they self-sabotage

Other men see you as weak and complainers.

Your parent won't really understand they'll listen but nobody truly cares

I care as during one of my darkest days I was told to 'man up'. There are some people out there that have very little issues so they can't empathize with anyone that does. There are other people that have issues but hide them and struggle day to day that I'm aware of.
