What's the longest you've gone without sleep (and why)?

What drugs where you on? Three days, yeah right. Not without help.
28 hours is the longest for me, no drugs , just lots of coffee, Tabaco and adrenaline. Had an 18 hour convey into Fallujah, once there it took 6 hours to move around the city dropping concrete barriers, as fall back positions while the Marines were engaged in street fighting. By the time we got out of the city, and back into Ramadi, trucks reloaded and staged... they gave us 4 hours and we were back into the fight.
So all told I went 72 days with no more than 4 hours of consecutive sleep, and maybe like 12 to 15 hours total, but most of that were like 20 minutes power naps as moved from one position to the next. We were Zombies honestly, everything just became so surreal and you started imagining things.
Like while driving at night you thought you were following a Christmas Tree, but it was only the lights of truck in front of you. You would think you saw kids on the side of the road or two donkeys fucking, but would be a small bush or pile of rubble. Tracers and mussel flashes, looked like shooting stars. Chem lights just confused the shit out of you, like you couldn't figure out WTF it was, just this green light hovering off the ground and it look like it was move toward you then all of the sudden it would right back was it was. Bullets would bounce off the truck and you that someone was throwing rocks at you... just crazy shit my man, everything was from conversation to sounds was like you where hearing it through a wind tunnel, took you seconds to process every word, then realize they were talking to you and asking you a question... even though you were looking at them the whole time seeing their lips move, but not hearing the words. The passage of time was unknowable you would only realize it was dark, and then it wasn't... could be hours or days in-between. Zombies.
Crazy times, crazy times.
About 40 hours but then after sleeping we did another 40 hours and then sleep and go another 40 hours.
It was my last trip to Afghanistan and I was working in Ops. We had numerous missions out and the command team had to be up constantly. We did that cycle just two times over the course of about 10 days.
I developed a sleep disorder after that trip. I'm still dealing with it.
It was practically a day and a half. I was working a concierge job from 11 Pm to 7 AM. Then i had to go to my delivery job and I told them not to send me out of state. (i'm in texas). we start at like 8 in the morning and these mofos sent me to Louisiana. Like the very edge of it but I was like dangerously tired. And I'm glad I'm out of that job. Dangerously tired= the trees were human heads and they were moving while I was trying to drive. If i stay up any longer, most likely i'll hallucinate heavily.
Around 5 days. Fear of the nightmare I knew I'd be having again, and when I did sleep, I was very correct.
For yourself know that your worth the world and make sure you exceed those expectations, never except less ππΌ you might know this already you can look at me as a daily reminder, know what you are worth never settle for less (like I said look at me as a daily reminder just in case you forgot, didn't like the way you said "I haven't been okay in years", it felt like you forgot that your worth more then you gave yourself credit for so yea)

Several years ago I was working on a complicated computer software project. I started work at 7am, worked all day and night, and left work at 2pm the next day. Counting travel time to/from work, that's about 32 hours without sleep. When I got home, I fell asleep almost immediately and woke up around noon the next day; that's 21 hours of sleep.
I'm on two days right now. I once worked a 72 hour shift. When I closed my buy I worked two full-time jobs and would come home to clean, cook dinner and then leave for the next job. I worked 90+ hours a week for three months sleeping only on Sunday.
It was really bad fir me and in some ways I never recovered entirely.
I've only gone about 36 hours, and it was on a challenge with friends. I didn't last the longest, but I wasn't the shortest either!
Two days. I was at edc so I was uhβ¦ not myself 🥴😂

If you ever find it difficult to sleep. Get out in the sun more. Usually insomnia is tied to a lack of sunlight. Take your shoes off and sit In the sun. Kind regards, DoctorSex
I think I went around 50 hours in my early or mid 20s but a sleeping program fixed the issue.
24 hours and I was young my friend was having a huge sleepover with all our friends we just stayed up all night binging old monsters movies like Godzilla.
I drove straight halfway across America by myself. It took me about 30 hours.
Little over 72 hours. Worked full time and went to school full time.
Only 30 hours, I wanted to be somewhere early and knew I could not get up that early to be there so I just stayed up instead
One night I think only to get like 3 hours sleep, when working school project. I finish lot of coffee;)
