Five. There only three that I ever use, though.
One is the ATM/credit card to my bank account.
One is a credit card that I have had for years that has a low, variable interest rate (currently 3.73%). I use that one for some purchases and don't sweat paying it off every month.
The other one is a CostCo, cash back card that my wife and I use when buying mainly gas, groceries. But we pay that off every month to retain a zero balance and no interest charges.

I don't have any. They won't give me a credit card because I've never had a credit card.
A few years ago I applied for one and they said "Well, tell you what, you can put $2500 of your own money in an account and pay a monthly bill for your own money that you spent out of that, and then we'll give you one."
And I was like "lol no."
I have one Target credit card. I was always under the impression it was only able to be used at Target. Took me a while to figure out it's just a regular credit card, but still, I only use it at Target. I have the Costco credit card with my membership that I almost only use at Costco. Then I have 2 from my bank that I used to use all the time, but barely ever do anymore.
Zero. I choose not to have any credit cards because I don't want to get into more debt than I'm already in. Besides, I believe credit card debt is dangerous.
