My girlfriend's flatmate is a total psychopath. Any advice?

Now of course she can take care of herself. I know she's more than a match. It's just I'm worried about what her flatmate is capable of doing.

This morning her other flatmate mentioned to my girlfriend that this absolute ****ing fruitloop threatened her by saying "I'm warning her, I'll send my friends to take care of her when she leaves the flat".

Again, I know my girlfriend can handle it and it's probably just words, but ****ing hell, this added to everything else he's done and said...

You're going to want to send him a message without leaving any evidence. Obviously this has to be done in person. Personally, I would pretend like I was going to shake his hand and then twist his arm until he fell to the ground. Then I would say, "Hey it was nice to see you, and if you ever threaten my girlfriend again, you're going to wish you were dead."
