People drink more

People are more sleep deprived

People have to many things to do

Not enough gym time

Guys get road rage easier

People getting drunk, stoned, and whatever else in their home in winter are isolated and it is most likely peaceful to them in someway.
In the Summer they can get out and are not ready for people and their self perceived, “stupid 💩”…interrupting their good time and triggering Something that would not be triggered in the snowstorm ❄️ and 🧊 of Philly or Boston…

I've noticed this too. Where I live people get crazy and many accidents happen.

I guess it has to do with drinking more alcohol, people lose control of their emotions and thoughts.
