How come people in the suburbs dont stop at stop signs?

I'm talking about those areas just outside the city. They just cruise through at about 8mph. Do the cops not care? Anytime I do something like that a cop sees me. I suppose they just do it because their I'd no cop around? Usually you can't see who's around the corner until you've stopped at the stop sign.

They stop at the 15 in my general area and the 4 way stops in the 15 mile zones Downtown. Hardly any traffics in the Cuvil War to 1895 neighborhoods…

That's probably what it is. I notice when I drive my 4 wheeler I take it out into the county ourside city limits and there is hardly any traffic and I never see a cop.

Oh, I see. You are out there where they are driving around the edges of the farm/land with a pistol... They got their own rules out there :-)

I always see cops. I'm right on the county line. Makes me wonder if they don't care.

I live in the country, so the cops are in the city, so people speed and drive like crazy
