Some people are worth losing and some situations are not meant to be fixed. Would you agree or not? why?

Absolutely.

You can't help someone who doesn't want help (unless you're willing and able to effectively imprison them against their will), and you aren't going to change another persons morals, values, or behavior if they won't want to change.

Many times, the correct answer is to walk away and to let them do what they're going to do, and pay the consequences of their actions. This sadly sometimes includes letting people drink themselves to death or OD on drugs and die. It could also mean committing crimes that result in their going to prison or being killed by their "victims" or by police.

The worst of these situations is when there is an innocent person who will come to harm, but you simply cannot do anything about it. The case of the two transgender parents who are taking their 12-year-old child in for "gender confirmation surgery" is an example - this child likely won't live to see 30, but in the current political climate, most courts are unwilling to overrule the parents' rights about raising their children the way they want. In 20 years, this is going to be seen as barbaric as it actually is, but right now, far too many people support this crap (at least in the US - Europe has largely ended this crap already).

It's great to help someone who needs and WANTS help, but you cannot save people who don't want to be saved, or who are unwilling to put in the work to save themselves, and you cannot make someone love you or care about you, so you need to know when to walk away. Life will destroy you if you don't.

Some people definitely are worth losing especially when you discover you are with a narcissistic person not capable of loving anybody but themselves... it sucks to realize you've been with a person and you've been loving that person with all your heart and then you find out that the person never loved you back because they are not capable of doing so.
