Check fraud will I get in trouble?

Someone stole my bag a few weeks ago I never reported it my wallet keys and phone was inside the bag my phone does not have a pass code and My passwords were in my notes whoever took my bag deposited fake checks to my bank account and now my accounts are negative will I get in trouble for this? And I am on section 8 should I let my case manager no what's going on?

That is so much fucked up in one paragraph that you should slap yourself twice on each side of your face as it's the least you deserve.

It's too little too late, but take your slapped face into your bank. Tell them everything that's happened up to you slapping yourself for being so stupid.
