What should I do about a rude hairdresser?

I went to a new salon, and the hairdresser not only destroyed my hair but was also super rude. I went to get my hair a bit lighter, and I ended up leaving with MUCH darker hair. She didn't even ask me if I liked it, she just left after finishing. I thought she was coming back, so I can ask her if she can correct the color. So I sat there, waiting for her, until 15 minutes later, the receptionist came to me for payment. The hairdresser was also making mean comments the whole time about my hair, and my previous hairdresser. I left the place in tears, not only for being treated like shit, but also for having my hair destroyed after years of gradual lighting. What would you do if you were in my situation?

I would go to the salon owner. Let them know how you were treated and go from there. I definitely wouldn't use that hairdresser ever again. I probably wouldn't go to that salon again

Complain to the owner and never go back. I'd also tell everyone I know not to go there

Contact the owner, explain the situation in a calm but straight-forward way.

Leave bad reviews. File a BBB complaint. That’s about all you can do.

Go to court and sue, leave the most negative review that you can think of, go to a different one
